Dù là thời điểm trước hay sau khi “giải phóng” ngành du lịch, các khu nghỉ dưỡng núi cận kề Hà Nội vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu của người dân Thủ đô, thường xuyên “cháy” phòng đến vài tháng kế tiếp.
Người Hà Nội chuộng du lịch núi và staycation
Hậu đại dịch, nhiều gia đình tại Hà Nội tìm đến những khu vực Ba Vì, Sóc Sơn, Hoà Bình, Vĩnh Phúc… để nghỉ ngơi và giải toả tinh thần sau khoảng thời gian dài giãn cách.
Ngay cả khi du lịch được mở cửa hoàn toàn và khôi phục đường bay quốc tế vào tháng 3 thì du lịch gần vẫn chiếm ưu thế. Trong những dịp nghỉ lễ dài ngày như Giỗ Tổ Hùng Vương, 30/4, 2/9 hay cuối tuần, các khu nghỉ dưỡng gần Hà Nội thường xuyên “khoá sổ” dừng nhận khách từ sớm vì hết phòng.
Chị Kiều Oanh, đại lý chuyên đặt phòng online ở P.Dịch Vọng (Q.Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội) cho biết quỹ phòng villa, homestay ở Thạch Thất, Sóc Sơn, Ba Vì (Hà Nội), Mai Châu, Lương Sơn, Kim Bôi (Hoà Bình) hay Tam Đảo, Đại Lải (Vĩnh Phúc) luôn kín chỗ từ trước lễ cả tháng, bất chấp giá phòng cao hơn ngày thường từ 5 – 10%.
“Chưa có năm nào nhu cầu nghỉ dưỡng cao như năm nay, mình và nhân viên trả lời tin nhắn và điện thoại không xuể. Nếu như mọi năm bên mình chủ yếu bán tour du lịch biển miền Trung, miền Nam thì hai năm qua du lịch ven đô chiếm doanh thu lớn nhất, là mảng chủ chốt của công ty trong và thậm chí là sau mùa dịch” – Chị Oanh cho hay.
Anh Minh Quân, quản lý một doanh nghiệp quy mô 200 người tại quận Thanh Xuân, Hà Nội chia sẻ: “Mùa hè là dịp các công ty tổ chức những buổi du lịch cho nhân viên, vừa nghỉ ngơi, thư giãn và cũng để xốc lại tinh thần sau hai năm dịch bệnh. Tuy nhiên, thay vì cảnh hàng trăm người chen chúc trên bãi biển chơi team building dưới cái nắng gay gắt thì chúng tôi lựa chọn các resort 4 đến 5 sao ở vùng núi để nhân viên có thời gian nghỉ ngơi, vui chơi đúng nghĩa”.
Có thể thấy, nhu cầu du lịch, nghỉ dưỡng và tái tạo năng lượng của người dân Thủ đô sau đại dịch là rất lớn. Theo đó, du lịch núi ven đô “lên ngôi” với những sức hút riêng có mà không cần phải di chuyển quá xa, lại tránh được cảnh đông đúc tại sân bay, bãi biển hay các điểm tham quan du lịch.
Hoà Bình – “trạm sạc xanh” của người dân Thủ đô
Theo khảo sát của các tổ chức uy tín về du lịch được thực hiện gần đây, đa số người trả lời cho biết với mỗi chuyến đi, họ hướng đến 3 nhóm nhu cầu cơ bản gồm: nhu cầu hoà mình vào thiên nhiên; nhu cầu gắn kết với gia đình, bạn bè và digital detox (giảm thời gian cho những thiết bị công nghệ); nhu cầu sống cân bằng, nạp năng lượng sau thời gian làm việc căng thẳng. Do đó, thay vì du lịch xa 2 – 3 lần mỗi năm thì người dân Thủ đô chọn những địa điểm gần để được nghỉ dưỡng thường xuyên hơn, tần suất từ 2 tuần đến 1 tháng một lần.
Trong số những điểm đến quen thuộc, Hoà Bình được yêu thích hơn cả nhờ cảnh sắc thiên nhiên vừa nên thơ vừa hùng vĩ, nền văn hoá Hoà Bình độc đáo với vị trí chỉ cách Hà Nội trên dưới 1 giờ di chuyển bằng xe ô tô.
Hoà Bình hướng tới phát triển thành trung tâm du lịch văn hoá, nghỉ dưỡng và trải nghiệm chất lượng cao của khu vực và thế giới.
Năm 2022, du lịch Hoà Bình tạo ra nhiều điểm nhấn với hàng loạt chương trình kích cầu quy mô và hấp dẫn như trải nghiệm dù lượn “Trời mây xứ Mường”, phiên chợ vùng cao, “Hành trình trải nghiệm du lịch tâm linh”…
Bên cạnh đó, tỉnh cũng nỗ lực tạo ra sản phẩm mới, khai thác thế mạnh đặc trưng như du lịch sinh thái, nghỉ dưỡng, du lịch cuối tuần, du lịch cộng đồng, du lịch gắn với làng nghề và sản phẩm… Trong đó, theo ông Bùi Xuân Trường – Phó Giám đốc Sở VH-TT&DL Hoà Bình, sản phẩm tour du lịch nghỉ dưỡng chất lượng cao đang là phân khúc được nhiều khách hàng quan tâm và sử dụng khi đến với Hoà Bình.
Minh chứng, một số khu nghỉ dưỡng nổi tiếng tại Hoà Bình như Serena Resort Kim Bôi, Avana Retreat, Ba Khan Villa Resort, Mai Châu Hideaway… có tỷ lệ lấp đầy phòng nghỉ bình quân đạt trên 70% và thường xuyên “cháy” phòng vào dịp nghỉ lễ dài ngày.
Trong khi đó, Lương Sơn với vị trí nằm ngay cạnh Hà Nội được đánh giá là địa điểm lý tưởng để đáp ứng nhu cầu nghỉ dưỡng cực lớn của hơn 8 triệu dân Thủ đô lại đang thiếu nguồn cung trầm trọng, đặc biệt là các dự án quy mô lớn được đầu tư bài bản, pháp lý minh bạch.
